Onigiri With Shrimp Filling Recipe:

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 60 min
Number of servings: 6 - 8 (it depends how big you form the onigiri :))

Ingredients:
> 160 g Cooked Short-Grain Rice
> 20 g Shrimp
> Salt and Pepper
> Cooking Oil
> Nori Sheet (If you prefer)

Directions:
1. Cook rice in a bowl or in a rice cooker. After the rice is finished put it at the side and let it cool down.

2. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Put the shrimps in the pan for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper. When they get red they are finished. Don't let the shrimps too long in the pan. They will get smaller and smaller .__. (as my shrimps do T-T)

3. After the shrimps finished remove excess oil with a towel.
4. Cut the shrimps into fine pieces.
5. Add the chopped shrimps to the rice and mix well.

6. Divide the rice into 6 - 8 parts (what you prefer).
7. Form the rice into a triangle. You can look at the tutorial below. Hope it helps :)
8. And now they are done :D
You can also cut a half nori (seaweed) sheet into stripes and wrap round the onigiri :)
If the riceballs are stale, you can dip them in soy sauce :)

Bon appétit mes petits <3
